Since 1957, Tweetsie Railroad in Blowing Rock has been a favorite family destination. The original coal-fired train engine, Tweetsie, follows a 3 mile loop and gives children the opportunity to experience the Old Wild West, to fight off robbers and renegades, to listen to great old time music, and eat some great food.
